How to Read This Chapter​

Annexes provide optional tools for implementation. They are supporting instruments, not required workflows, and their use is governed by the core framework.

15.1 Purpose​

Provide legal, operational, governance, and methodological instruments.

The purpose statement frames why annexes exist; the structure below clarifies what each annex contains.

15.2 Structure​

Each annex includes:

  • title,
  • purpose,
  • scope,
  • instructions,
  • compatibility,
  • licensing.

With structure defined, the following list enumerates the annexes included in VILF 1.0.

15.4 Adaptation Rules​

  • marked annexes cannot be modified without permission.

Version compatibility clarifies how annexes align with VILF releases.

15.5 Version Compatibility​

Compatible with VILF 1.0 and 1.1.

Cross-framework use describes how annexes may be referenced outside VILF.

15.6 Cross-Framework Use​

Annexes may be referenced by other Vigía frameworks.

15.7 Closing Notes​
