How to Read This Chapter
Annexes provide optional tools for implementation. They are supporting instruments, not required workflows, and their use is governed by the core framework.
15.1 Purpose
Provide legal, operational, governance, and methodological instruments.
The purpose statement frames why annexes exist; the structure below clarifies what each annex contains.
15.2 Structure
Each annex includes:
- title,
- purpose,
- scope,
- instructions,
- compatibility,
- licensing.
